Refund policy

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the exchange process at customercare@ultimoboutique.com
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will work to replace or refund your purchase promptly.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase at ultimoboutique.com, you may send it back to us within 30 days of receipt. As long as the product is in new, unused condition, and its original packaging we will refund the purchase amount minus shipping costs. Please note the following:
- The item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging and in resalable, unused condition
- We will issue a refund to the payment method used at time of purchase for the original purchase price. All accepted refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
- Ultimoboutique reserves the right to issue store credit in some cases
- If Ultimoboutique is unable to accept the return or exchange, you will be notified by our Customer Care team via email or phone
- Ultimoboutique is not responsible for returns or exchanges lost in transit. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service
- A restocking fee may be charged for some returns, please contact customercare@ultimoboutique.com to see if you will incur a restocking fee
